ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.760 of 2020 registered on the file of the first respondent.

2. The accused in this case had spontaneously assembled to lodge their protest against the statement made by the then sitting Minister against their community.

3. The said FIR has already been quashed by me in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.19220 of 2021 on 06.12.2021. Therefore, no further orders are necessary, since Crime No.760 of 2021 has already been quashed in respect of all the accused.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
