ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the records relating to the case in C.C.No.293 of 2018, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil and quash the same as against the petitioners.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, after completing the trial, has pronounced the judgment on 14.12.2019 in C.C.No.293 of 2018, acquitting the petitioners/accused under Section 248(1) Cr.P.C., and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
