ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 12.10.2021, wherein he is seeking for issuance of Patta.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submitted that there is no question of issuing Patta in this case, since the property in question is an apartment.

3. In the light of the above stand taken by the respondents, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner and to enter the names of the all the apartment owners in the Town Survey Land Register. Before undertaking this exercise, notice shall be issued to all the interested parties. This process shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
