ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 12.10.2021, wherein he is seeking for sub-division and issuance of Patta.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that Patta has been granted in favour of the petitioner and the extract from the Town Survey Land Register was also produced before this Court.
