Alleging that the order of this Court dated 24.07.2017 passed in W.P.No.35797 of 2003 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 24.07.2017, passed in W.P.No.35797 of 2003, has been duly complied with and produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.B2/1246/2026, dated 12.01.2026, before this Court.
