ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue Patta to the petitioner, based on the representation, dated 12.10.2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. The petitioner is tracing his right and title through a gift deed, dated 27.08.2010 and based on the same, he is seeking for issuance of Patta.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in the Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 12.10.2021, on its own merits and in accordance with law. The second respondent shall issue notice to all the interested parties and final order shall be passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
