ORDER
The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.07.2025 seeking assignment patta in respect of the land situate in S.No.210/1 to an extent of 561 sq.ft in Ward No. 20, Door No.181, Kamarajar Nagar Extension, Trichy Road, Thuraiyur, Tiruchirappalli District, in accordance with G.O.(Ms) No.248, Revenue (LDI(2) Department, dated 28.07.2009 and G.O.(Ms)No.60, Revenue (LDIII(1) Department, dated 05.02.1999.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the 2/5
admission stage itself.
3. The petitioner claims right over the subject property under the settlement deed executed by the petitioner's brother's wife on 11.04.2025. In the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 02.07.2025, he has not even mentioned the name of the settler. Since the representation submitted by the petitioner is very vague and without any material particulars, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation before the fourth respondent giving full details within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On submission of such fresh representation, the 4th respondent shall consider the same in accordance with law and pass final orders on its own merits within a further period of eight weeks thereafter.
