ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Principal District and Sessions Court, Sivagangai, to expedite the trial pending in O.S.No.23 of 2024, and dispose of the same within a time frame. 1/4

2. Heard Mr.K.C.Maniyarasu, learned Counsel for the petitioner. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner's case is that she filed a suit in O.S.No.23 of 2024 before the Principal District and Sessions Court, Sivagangai, seeking specific performance against the respondent/defendant on 27.02.2024. Though the respondent was set exparte and later, by filing I.A.No.4 of 2025 succeeded in setting aside the exparte order, the suit was now posted for framing of issues on 20.06.2025. Further, it was posted for mediation on 21.07.2025. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent is not willing to settle the matter and is protracting the proceedings. Hence, she seeks expeditious disposal of the proceedings. 4.Considering the limited request of the petitioner, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.23 of 2024, as expeditiously as possible based upon the seniority of the cases. 2/4

5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
