ORDER

The petitioner is the accused No.1 in Crime No.84 of 2024 on the file of the respondent Police, which was registered for the offence under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) IPC. They have moved this petition 1/4

seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.84 of 2024 registered against him.

2. Today, when this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the investigation in Crime No.84 of 2024 has been completed and the final report is also made ready and they are likely to file the final report by next week.

3. Considering the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the investigation has been completed and the final report is about to be filed by next week, this Court is not inclined to quash the FIR in Crime No.84 of 2024. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to file the final report within a period of one week. The respondent Police shall also file the final report in order and ensure that the final report is taken on file without any delay.
