Respondents/Defendants Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition filed Under Article 227 of the Consitution of India praying to direct the District Munsif, Pudukkottai to expeditiously hear the suit in OS No. 258 of 2017 on the file of the District Munsif, Pudukkottai within the stipulated time as court may be fixed ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption "For Extension of Time" and upon perusing the earlier Orders of this Court dated 18.10.2019,03.07.2020 and requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif, Pudukkottai vide letter in D.No.702/2022 , dated 30/06/2022, this court made the following order:

The learned District Munsif, Pudukkottai, sent a letter dated 30.06.2022, requesting extension of further time of six months to dispose of O.S.No.258 of 2017, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 18.10.2019.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 30.06.2022, six months' time is extended from today to comply with the order dated 18.10.2019.
