This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.C4/26804/2023 dated 28.06.2024 and the consequential proceedings issued by the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.No.119/8666/2023 (mi) dated 30.08.2024 and to direct the respondents to issue license in favour of the petitioner.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 submitted that license has been issued in favour of the petitioner by the third respondent on 24.09.2024. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. 3.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
