2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that since the petitioners are college going students, they are unable to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. Therefore, he seeks modification. He has produced the copy of their identity cards.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the condition imposed upon the petitioners by the order dated 03.08.2023, is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
