The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the third respondent to issue joint patta in the name of the legal heirs of the Petitioner's father in respect of the property situate in S.No. 103/2 and S.No.103/1A,Nallukurichi Villoage, Thiruchuli Taluk, 2.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.According to the Petitioner, the subject property was bequeathed in favour of Petitioner's father Elayaraja under Will, dated 15.05.1984 executed by one Ramaiah. Based on the said documents, the Petitioner submitted a representation on 28.5.2025 before the second respondent. The same has not been considered till date. Hence the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.

4.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the Petitioner submitted a representation before the second respondent in Jamabandhi held at third respondent's office and the said representation will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.
5.It is seen from the acknowledgment issued to the Petitioner that his application was forwarded to the third respondent already.
6.In these circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the application of the Petitioner, dated 28.5.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of a copy of this order.
7.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
