ORDER

The Civil Revision is directed against the order passed in I.A. No.768 of 2018 in O.S.No.590 of 2018, dated 07.08.2019 on the file of the 1/4

Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai Town, dismissing the petition filed under Order 26 Rule 9 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,21.02.2024), the learned counsel for the revision petitioners would submit that the suit in O.S.No.590 of 2018 was disposed of vide judgment dated 31.01.2024 and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
