ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the complainant given by the fourth respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in respect of the ancestral property, dispute exists between himself and the private respondents. Over which, a suit in O.S.No.59 of 2013 is also pending before the District Munsif Court, Usilampatti. It was filed for partition. During the pendency of the above said partition suit, at the instance of the private respondents, now, the third respondent is pressurizing the petitioner not enter into the above said common property. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken in CSR.No.310 of 2022. During the course of enquiry, both the parties appeared before the Enquiry Officer and gave a statement to the effect that they will workout their remedy through the above said pending suit. On the basis of the above statement, complaint was closed. 2/4

4.In view of the above said statement given by both parties, now, the matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
