ORDER

The above Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking for early disposal of the suit O.S.No.29 of 2015 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur. 2.A perusal of records would indicate that there are two interlocutory applications that is I.A.No.1 of 2020 and I.A.No.302 of 2021 pending, which are filed on 06.12.2019 and 08.11.2021. A counter has also been filed in the said petitions. Therefore, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.R.P.(MD) No.1907 of 2021 dispose of both the interlocutory applications positively on or before the next hearing. In case, the parties seek time, the same may be adjourned on terms by the trial Court. Therefore, the learned Judge shall endeavour to dispose of the suit expeditiously. 3.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
