2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has not complying the conditions regularly. He is having one previous case. 4.Let the petitioner comply the conditions without fail for atleast 30 days, only there after relaxation of the condition will be entertained. 5.This Petition is dismissed accordingly.
