ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to relay the road between Shakthinagar and Mathur Rural Road,

Kottaiyur Town Panchayat, Sivagangai District in a proper manner, as per the guidelines and standards issued by the Indian Road Congress and also to ensure the quality of the road.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader for the 3rd respondent submitted that the prayer of the petitioner is met with by the respondents partially and the laying of the road will be monitored by the authorities concerned.

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned, if any lapses are committed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
