3. Hence, and also for the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits, the delay of 115 days in filing the Writ Appeals is condoned and these Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeals, if they are otherwise in order and list the same for admission on 31.10.2025. The names of the learned counsel who have entered appearance now will continue in the cause list as and when the matter is listed.
