This petition has been filed to direct the sentences imposed on the petitioner to run concurrently relating to the punishment in the judgment in C.C.No.55 of 2021, C.C.No.281 of 2018, C.C.No. 275 of 2018 and C.C.No.127 of 2022 dated 19.10.2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Karur, Karur District.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that already the petitioner undergone the entire period of imprisonment as ordered by the Court and the petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
