This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to survey and demarcate the land measuring to an extent of 0.6.00 Hectare comprised in Survey No. 53/8B and measuring to an extent of 0.6.27 Hectare comprised in Survey No. 53/9B2 situated at Uranganpatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District and issue patta to the above said land by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2022.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents submitted that the survey had already been conducted and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition.
