Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the petitioner land comprised in Survey No.351/4 situating at Idayamelur Group, Idayamelur Village, Sivagangai Taluk, Sivagangai District and to fix the four boundaries in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate for the respondents. 2.Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate, forwarded the communication received from the Tahsildar of Sivagangai, that the Thasildar is ready to do the necessary needful, namely, to measure the land and put the boundary stone with respect to the property in Patta No.806 in S.No.351/4, in the name of Pakkiyam, whose is the son P.Mayakkannu who has filed the present writ petition. 3.Let me not examine the details any further, but, give a direction to the first and second respondents to do the necessary needful in accordance with the representation given by the petitioner and proceed further to conduct survey and complete the entire exercise within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
