PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the FIR in Cr.No.11 of 2021 on the file of the first Respondent Police and to quash the same as against the Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2 herein.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.11 of 2021 on the file of the first Respondent Police and to quash the same as against the Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2 herein.

2.When the learned Counsel for the Petitioners is about to proceed with the argument, the Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first Respondent submitted that investigation had been completed and final report laid before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Tuticorin and the name of the second Petitioner is deleted. Regarding the deletion of name of the second Petitioner, notice was also sent to the De-Facto Complainant. 3.In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
