The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.7 of 2018 registered on the file of the respondent.
2.This criminal original petition has been filed for directing the respondent to file the final report.
3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the final report was filed as early as 09.05.2019. It is not known if the final report was returned for technical reason.
4.Be that as it may, the respondent shall re-present the same, if it has been returned within a period of two weeks from the date https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P(MD)No.19071 of 2021 of receipt of a copy of this order. The final report is said to be a positive report. The jurisdictional Magistrate is directed to take a call in the matter on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks thereafter.
