This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his workers under the guise of enquiry which is civil in nature.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the 4th respondent, the 3rd respondent registered a case in crime No.468 of 2018 against the petitioner and the investigation is pending.
