To suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the judgment dated 04.02.2022 passed in S.C.No. 639 of 2015 on the file of III Additional Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli District and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above Crl.A. Prayer in Crl.A(MD)No.123 of 2022:

To call for the records and allow the above appeal by setting aside the Judgment dated 04.02.2022 passed in S.C.No.639 of 2015, on the file of III Additional Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAJESHWARAN K, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.THIRUVADI KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Crl.M.P.(MD) No.12158 of 2022 in This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 28.04.2022.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition till date.

3.In view of the above, we are inclined to modify the condition imposed and there shall be a direction to the appellant to appear before the III Additional Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, on the first working day of every month till the disposal of the criminal appeal. This petition is disposed of accordingly.
