To call for the records and allow the above appeal by setting aside the Judgment dated 04.02.2022 passed in S.C.No.639 of 2015, on the file of III Additional Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli. Crl.M.P.(MD) No.12158 of 2022 in This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 28.04.2022.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition till date.
3.In view of the above, we are inclined to modify the condition imposed and there shall be a direction to the appellant to appear before the III Additional Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, on the first working day of every month till the disposal of the criminal appeal. This petition is disposed of accordingly.
