This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 4th and 6th respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the respondent No.5 has lodged a complaint as against the petitioner and it was treated as a petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.315 of 2025 on 08.08.2025 and the same was closed on 09.08.2025 stating that it is a money dispute and the complainant shall workout his remedy in the pending suit before the civil Court.
