ORDER

The writ petitioner seeks a direction against the respondents 2 and 3 to cooperate with the petitioner in performing the tender work assigned to him.

W.P(MD)No.21660 of 2019 on 09.10.2019 and a fresh notification was issued for re-tender. 3.In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition and the same is dismissed accordingly. However, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
