ORDER

This Review Application is filed to review the order of this Court made in W.P(MD)No.14830 of 2021, dated 8.3.2022, on the ground that there is an error.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.This Court directed the third respondent namely, the Petitioner herein to transfer a sum of Rs.64,26,100/- in favour of the first respondent Bank account bearing Account No.

048120000032911 forthwith. The Petitioner wrongly submitted that a sum of Rs.64,26,100/- is lying in the Account No.60912442 instead of Rs.20,25,428/-.

4.In view of the above the order passed passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.14830 of 2021, dated 8.3.2022 is hereby recalled and modified to the effect that the Writ Petition is allowed and the third respondent is directed to transfer a sum of Rs.20,25,428/- in favour of the Petitioner's bank Account No.048125063 within a period of two weeks.

5.Accordingly, the Review Application is ordered. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
