To set aside the order passed in WP(MD).No.6396 of 2015 dated 06.06.2018 and allow this writ appeal to confirm the award with respect to the Issue No.3 and 2 partly and set aside the award with respect to Issue No.1,4 and Issue No.2 partly passed in I.D.No.670/1989 dated 30.12.2014 in the interest of justice. 1/3

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the award dated 30.12.2014 passed by the 1st Respondent in I.D. No. 670/1989 and quash the same.

PRAYER IN CMP(MD)9606 OF 2019 in WA(MD).No.54 of 2019: Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to fix an early date to hear the main WA(MD)No.54/2019 and thus render justice.

PRAYER IN WA(MD)No.54/2019:

To set aside the order passed in WP(MD).No.3422 of 2018 dated 06.06.2018 and allow this writ appeal to confirm the award with respect to the Issue No.3 and 2 partly and set aside the award with respect to Issue No.1,4 and Issue No.2 partly passed in I.D.No.670/1989 dated 30.12.2014 in the interest of justice. Prayer in WP(MD). 3422/ 2018 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned award dated 30/12/2014 passed by the 1st respondent in I.D.No.670/1989 and quash the same as illegal insofar as it related to its finding that the chargesleveled against the 2nd respondent were not provedant . ORDER : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.SURESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner in both petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to fix an early date. The Registry is directed to post the Writ Appeals for final hearing on 18.02.2020.
