This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.266 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent Police.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that after completion of investigation in Crime No.266 of 2015, the sections were altered under Section 411 and 381 of IPC as against the petitioner/accused.

3.Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
