ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order passed in I.A.No.2 of 2019 in O.S.No.172 of 2007, dated 05.07.2019 on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Aundipatti, Theni District, dismissing 1/3

the petition filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act to condone the delay of 2678 days in filing the application for setting aside the ex-parte decree.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e., 09.02.2024), the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
