The present petition is filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.02 of 2021 of Economic Offences Wing-II, Madurai.

2. Mr.M.Sakthikumar, learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would contend that the first respondent, Inspector of Police, Economic Offences Wing-II, Madurai, had made ready the charge sheet against the Chit Fund and the father and mother of the present petitioners. His further contention is that the father of the petitioners is no more and that the first respondent is not going to file any final report against these petitioners.
