[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.] Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 states that the minor girl was secured and produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur on 20.12.2021 and the case has been registered against the third respondent for offences punishable under Section 363 of IPC and Section 5(l) r/w 6 of POCSO Act and Child Marriage Act. It is also stated that the minor girl has been subjected to medical examination and 164(3) statement has also been recorded. After recording 164(3) Statement, the girl was handed over to her parents.

2. In the light of the above facts, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. No costs.
