The petitioner has submitted an application for issuance of patta on 03.07.2023 and has filed this writ petition that his application has not been considered.
2.When the writ petition came up for hearing today, learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's representation has been considered and it was rejected by order dated 04.08.2023. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 04.08.2023, which was furnished to the petitioner's Counsel. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to 2/4
challenge the proceedings dated 04.08.2023, in the manner known to law, if so advised. No costs.
