ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the third respondent to conclude the enquiry based on the complaint dated 21.07.2024, 24.07.2024, 29.07.2024 & 04.08.2024 within a time frame. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Saravanan, they have conducted enquiry in CSR.No.347 of 2024 and after enquiry the same was ordered to be closed. He would further submit that the third respondent has not received any complaint from the petitioner so far. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has sent the complaint through online to the first respondent.

4.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to give fresh representation to the third respondent and on such receipt of 2/4

representation, the third respondent shall issue notice to the parties concerned, conduct enquiry and complete the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of representation from the petitioner. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.
