This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2018.
2.The grievance of the petitioner is that there is a dispute between the petitioner and his landlord. The landlord threatened the petitioner to vacate the premises and took all the household articles of the petitioner herein. Hence, he made a complaint before the second respondent. 2 W.P.(MD)No.16124 of 2019 3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that, based on a complaint given by the petitioner, the enquiry has been conducted. But the petitioner did not appear for the enquiry. Thereafter, another enquiry has been conducted by the second respondent Police, in which the petitiner appeared. The enquiry reveals that the petitioner already vacated the premises and there is no household articles as alleged by the petitioner. After completion of the enquiry, the complaint has been closed.
4.Considering the fact that already the petitioner's complaint has been enquired into and closed, no further order is required to be passed in this petition and the same stands dismissed accordingly. No costs.
