This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order passed by the Additional District and Sessions Court, Padmanabhapuram in I.A.No.10 of 2022 in O.S.No.26 of 2020 dated 27.06.2023 seeking permission to examine the two witnesses as P.W.5 and P.W.6 through video conferencing for the purpose of recording the evidence.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that visa is made available to P.W.5 and P.W.6 and they will also come to India on 23.02.2024 and make themselves available for cross-examination.
3. With the above said undertaking, this petition is disposed of without going to other aspects. No costs. 24.01.2024 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No CM 2/4
