ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 296(b), 329(3), 324(4), 326(g), 115(2) & 351(3) of BNS and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002, in Crime No.755 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to property dispute between the parties, the petitioner is said to have abused the defacto complainant in filthy language, assaulted him with iron rod, threatened him and also burnt the TVS Centra Bike which belongs to the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint. 3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4.Considering the nature of allegation in this case that the petitioner set fire to the two wheeler which was standing and also damaged the television etc., and threatened the lady members in the house, this is not fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
