Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents herein to grant Incentive Increment to the Petitioner for acquiring higher qualification in P.G. Diploma Yoga, from the Month of June 2017 as per the Government Order in G.O. M.S. No. 177, School Education (SE5 (2)) Department, dated 13.10.2016 by considering Petitioner's Representation dated 03.01.2018 within the time limit as fixed by this Hon'ble Court and for other reliefs and to pass such other orders as this Hon'ble Court. O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

2. With the consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to give incentive increment to the petitioner for acquiring higher qualification in P.G. Diploma Yoga, from the Month of June 2017 as per the Government Order in G.O. M.S. No. 177, School Education (SE5 (2)) Department, dated 13.10.2016 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2018 within the time limit as fixed by this Court.

4. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that interest of justice would be met by directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 03.01.2018 within time frame.

5. Considering the request of the petitioner. in my considered opinion, without going into the merits of the case it is appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition with a direction to the

fourth respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 03.01,2018 within a stipulated time to meet the interest of justice.

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 03.01.2018 of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today.

7. No costs.
