This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to Crl.M.P.No.6172 of 2024 in Crime No.187 of 2024 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur, dated 03.09.2024 and to set aside the same and further to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.5626 of 2024, dated 20.08.2024.
2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3. Considering the argument of the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners complied with the condition of staying at Kalliakavali and report before the SHO Police Station for a period of 15 days and considering the difficulty expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioners, I am inclined to modify this condition.
4. Accordingly, the original condition imposed on the petitioners to stay at Kalliya Kavilai and report before the SHO Police Station is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 am for a period of one week and 2/4
thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
