The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed for transfer of H.M.O.P.No.976 of 2018 now pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai, to the file of Family Court, Sivagangai. 2.The notice sent to the respondent was returned with a postal endorsement'left'. Thereafter, the petitioner was directed to take substituted service to the respondent through paper publication on 25.11.2019 and the same was effected on 29.11.2019. 3.Today, the respondent does not appear either in person nor through counsel duly instructed.

4. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition for transfer of H.M.O.P.No.976 of 2018 now pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai, to the file of Family Court, Sivagangai. 5.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.976 of 2018 now pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai is directed to be withdrawn https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
