RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to grant an extension of time to execute the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17213 of 2021 on 08.11.2021 on the file of this Honourable Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the cirucmstances Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PRABU.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI,Government Advocate(Crl.side), on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Since the petitioner was in Chennai, he is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.17213 of 2021 dated 08.11.2021.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 08.11.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.17213 of 2021 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
