RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to grant extension of time in order made in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 9943 of 2021, dated 04.10.2021 on the file of this Hon`ble Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. BALAJI A, Advocate for the petitioners and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Due to illness, the petitioners are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.9943 of 2021 dated 04.10.2021. He would further submitted that there was compromise reached between the parties and the husband and wife are living together.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 04.10.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.9943 of 2021 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In view of the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner that the compromise has been reached between the parties, the respondent police may drop the further action in this case.
