Respondent/Respondent Complainant Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court on 6.10.2021 in Crl.OP.(MD).No.14440 of 2021 in connection with Crime No.193 of 2021 on the file of Respondent Police. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARTHIKEYAVENKITACHALAPATHY.M, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side)for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14440 of 2021 on 06.10.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14440 of 2021 on 06.10.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.14440 of 2021 on 06.10.2021 is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
