O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to take appropriate action basing on a representation of the petitioner dated 18.08.2023.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the unofficial respondents have caused injuries to the 2/6

petitioner on 03.08.2023 at the time of auctioning the temple properties and though the representations have been given on 04.08.2023 and 18.08.2023, no action has been taken, therefore, he sought for suitable directions.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the official respondents, the petitioner himself caused injuries to him with sword and also caused injuries to three persons and on a complaint given by the respondent No.9, a case has been registered in Crime No.42 of 2023 for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC. It is further submitted that the injuries allegedly caused to the petitioner were accidentally inflicted while he was causing injuries to the unofficial respondents.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the official respondents, since the investigation has already been completed and the representations of the petitioner dated 04.08.2023 and 18.08.2023 were also closed, no further 3/6

directions can be given in this case. However, in case if the petitioner is not convinced with the outcome of the investigation by the Police, he is at liberty to approach the concerned Court under Section 200 Cr.P.C against the unofficial respondents.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
