ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in 1/3

Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6856 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4039 of 2025 dated 06.06.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the condition modified in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6856 of 2025.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioners have complied with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6856 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4039 of 2025 dated 06.06.2025, is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
