ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the following relief : "directing the respondents to disburse the Gaja Cyclone Compensation/Relief Fund of Rs.1,21,000/- to the petitioner for her damaged agricultural land in Sy.Nos.300/4A, 300/4B, 307/1A, 307/1B, 307/1C and 307/2 in Kalanivasal Village, Peravoorani Taluk, Thanjavur District in her bank A/c.No. 074901000010067, Indian Overseas Bank, Pokkollai Branch on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 30.09.2019, within the time stipulated by this Court."

2. It is stated in the counter affidavit that the petitioner's daughter has received a sum of Rs.2,61,800/- as compensation. Therefore, the relief claimed by the petitioner has already been granted and nothing survives for consideration.
