ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12308 of 2025 dated 22.07.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have complied with the condition only eleven days.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P(MD).No.12308 of 2025 dated 22.07.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.00a.m., until further orders.
