ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.10987 of 2025 dated 30.06.2025.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Hon'ble Court passed an order in Crl.O.P(MD).No.10987 of 2025 dated 30.06.2025 and enlarged the petitioner on anticipatory bail by imposing certain conditions. He further submits that this petitioner unable to arrange sureties and she is unable to produce sureties before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court. For the said reason only, she is unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.10987 of 2025 dated 30.06.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to 2/4

extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of two weeks granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
